By Jill Christensen, Best-Selling Author and Top 100 Global Employee Engagement Thought Leader

Keynote Session Description

Cracking the Code of Employee Disengagement, has uncovered a proven four-step strategy to turn your disengaged workforce into a unified high-performing team, resulting in increased profit, customer satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Priceless.

Session Description

Traditional leadership has been trained to avoid risk, maintain operations, and follow procedures and processes.

All critical to long term success. But employees continue to be more and more disengaged from their workplaces. And now 81% of CEO’s say innovation is important to the bottom line, and they don’t believe they have the people and systems to do it right.

Will the drive to innovation make matters worse or possibly fix it all? This session will explore the friction between traditional and innovative leadership, what the differences are, and how to create a culture of entrepreneurship that shifts organizations to value creators for all their stakeholders.

Session Description

Artificial intelligence is set to change the business landscape of every industry dramatically. Being prepared and understanding these changes should be the focus of today's business leader.

In a non-technical talk, I will discuss the technology we have today, how it will impact current products and services. I will discuss the reality of large-scale job loss (why this is task replacement) using real-world examples from both the US and overseas.

Your role as a leader is going to change as AI becomes commonplace. I will use a 'Man + Machine Model,' to describe the augmented self in a business context. This will not be a SciFi view but rather the practical reality of what is coming.

Lastly, I will give it a projection of what the future corporation might look like, including the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
